USU: International Outreach Manager

The Ukrainian Students Union is seeking a proactive and dynamic International Outreach Manager to lead the establishment of Ukrainian Societies across universities in Europe and build strong international partnerships. The role involves developing and supporting student societies, fostering global relationships, and coordinating international events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, networking, and leadership skills, with a passion for uniting Ukrainian students worldwide.

Responsibilities:

1. Building Ukrainian Societies Across Europe:

• Lead efforts to establish and support Ukrainian student societies at universities throughout Europe.
• Provide resources and guidance to help societies thrive and connect with the broader USU network.

2. Global Partnerships and Networking:

• Identify and build relationships with international student organizations, universities, and NGOs.
• Foster long-term partnerships to enhance student opportunities and collaboration.

3. Event Coordination and International Engagement:

• Organize international events, conferences, and exchanges to promote
• ‍Ukrainian culture and student collaboration across borders.
• Work closely with local student societies to host joint initiatives.

4. Student Advocacy and Support:

• Represent Ukrainian student interests on international platforms, advocating for greater support and visibility.
• Help students access international educational and professional development opportunities.

5. Promotional Campaigns and Communication:

• Lead global communication efforts through social media and PR to promote USU initiatives internationally.
• Increase the visibility and engagement of Ukrainian student societies across

Europe.

Requirements:

• Strong networking and leadership skills, with experience in building organizations or

student groups.

• Excellent communication in both English and Ukrainian.
• Proven ability to organize events and manage partnerships.
