Position tasks:

• Development of strategies
• Development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies focused on user retention and engagement within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Market analysis
• Constantly analyze market trends and user feedback to adjust strategies according to the market and stay ahead of industry changes.
• Performance metrics
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to growth. Data analysis to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Content & Social Media Management
• Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content on various platforms, including blogs, social media and forums, tailored to the interests of the Web3 audience.
• Team cooperationMonitor the work and implementation of KPIs (calculated in the strategy) by the entire marketing team, approve the decisions of specialists, communicate with the product team of projects.
