USU: InspireUA Programme

InspireUA is a program designed by and for Ukrainian students to address the employability and professional growth of young professionals in light of the raging war. The programme seeks to empower Ukrainian youth and to create a strong grassroots society of future industry leaders who will spearhead the postwar recovery of Ukraine. InspireUA is a USU mentorship program involving only founders and c-level mentors from leading companies.

Format:

  • Application deadline - 21 July 2024
  • Start date - 24 July 2024
  • Duration - 2 months
  • Meetings - 1 online/offline meeting per month (each mentor will have only 1 mentee)

  • Career Development: How to climb the career ladder, personal experiences of the mentor, essential skills for success in new positions
  •  Personal Life Questions
  •  Networking Opportunities

Requirements:

  • Students - final year Bachelor or Masters students
  • Proficient English and Native Ukrainian
  • 18 - 28 years old
