In Conversation with Petro Poroshenko

The Ukrainian Students Union was honoured to host an event featuring the former President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, joined with former First Lady of Ukraine, Maryna Poroshenko, in collaboration with the LSE Ukrainian Society.

Moderated by Professor Kevin Featherstone, the Director of the Hellenic Observatory at the London School of Economics, Ukrainian and foreign students from various UK universities had the opportunity to gain genuine insights into his presidential experience and pose questions.

Importantly, Poroshenko reiterated the global significance of supporting Ukraine, stating that without such support, "Taiwan, Israel, Belarus will be non-existent." He Emphasised, "Its's either all or nothing".

President Poroshenko addressed both domestic and foreign topics, discussing the challenges of the Euro-Integration process the war in Ukraine during his presidency.
