We are the Ukrainian Society at the University of the West of England, a welcoming community that was founded on February 1, 2024, by four passionate women. Today, we are proud to have 22 incredible members who share a common love for Ukrainian culture and community.

Our events are designed not just for fun, but to foster connection and support among our members. We focus on socializing and team building, creating a space where everyone feels valued and included. We also host cultural awareness events, aiming to spread knowledge and appreciation of Ukrainian traditions to both our members and anyone who wants to learn more.

Collaboration is important to us, and we enjoy working with the neighbouring Ukrainian Society at the University of Bristol tostrengthen our ties and support each other across universities.

One of our proudest achievements has been hosting the 3rd USU Summit, a testament to our commitment to our community. From the feedback we’ve received, it seems that our cooking events resonate the most with everyone, creating not just delicious meals, but cherished memories too.
